A small old home in Oyster Bay transformed into a stunning coastal home ideal for our clients and their teenage children.

Designed by David Neate, this stunning home has a clever open floor plan uniquely suited to our clients' lifestyle. A wrap-around shaker style kitchen features a spacious butlers' pantry with double ovens and dishwashers (now that's luxury!) , while separate living zones afford the family space and privacy with bedrooms for teenaged children in the left wing of the home and a master suite sprawling over the newly added first floor. This parents' retreat features a spacious bedroom, ensuite, walk-in-robe, kitchenette and living room so our clients can start the day with a coffee before facing the day.
