This large, new family home built by Shire Build and designed by Neate Projects was designed to provide ample living space suitable for multi-generational living. 

​

As a turn-key project, Shire Build were responsible for the entire knock-down-rebuild, including pool construction, driveway and landscaping, creating a seamless and easy-to-manage experience for our clients. 

​

Featuring five bedrooms, four with WIR and ensuite, multiple living spaces and a gorgeous open living area with stone fireplace, Hamptons-style kitchen and fully built-in outdoor kitchen, this home exudes luxury.
