This commanding home set on a steep block was desperately in need of a change. With slate floors, dark brick internal walls and a very small balcony, it was not taking advantage of the spectacular views and natural sunlight afforded to its position.

 

In addition to a full refresh indoors including the creation of an oversized master suite complete with luxurious ensuite, and modern bathrooms, our clients opted to extend the balcony over the steep block to take add a whole new dimension of outdoor living to their home. The result? Nothing short of a complete transformation!
